The Master of Public Administration (MPA is a program in the Department of Public Policy and Administration, School of Management and Social Sciences (SMSS) at Miva Open University (MOU). It is a comprehensive and interdisciplinary field of study aimed at giving candidates a firm professional grip in their areas of specialization as well as affording them a broad intellectual background in their disciplines.
